David Rouzzo

With nearly 25 years in legal practice, David brings a wealth of experience to Fairfax County Criminal Attorneys. He spent two decades practicing law in Ohio before relocating to Virginia in 2021, where he served as a Senior Trial Attorney with the Fredericksburg Public Defender. In this role, David defended clients facing felony charges in Stafford County, Spotsylvania County, and Fredericksburg. As lead or co-counsel, he has tried over 25 felony jury trials, including seven murder trials and two death penalty cases.

David’s deep courtroom experience has honed his ability to handle high-stress, high-conflict cases with skill and confidence. His strong advocacy before judges and knowledge of the rules of evidence make him a formidable legal professional. Now at Fairfax County Criminal Attorneys, he applies these skills to Family Law, Criminal Defense, Business Law, and Personal Injury cases, ensuring clients receive strategic and effective representation.
