Reghan Irving

Reghan Irving is a committed attorney at Fairfax County Criminal Attorneys, bringing a strong academic background and hands-on experience to her practice. She earned her Bachelor of Arts in Government from Regent University in 2021, focusing on pre-law studies. Reghan’s passion for the law led her to The Catholic University of America Columbus School of Law, where she earned her Juris Doctor in 2024.

Before becoming an attorney, Reghan gained practical experience working as a legal assistant at Fairfax County Criminal Attorneys and later as a law clerk in the criminal and family law divisions. This firsthand exposure allowed her to develop skills in legal research, client advocacy, and courtroom procedures—building a solid foundation for her legal career.
