Troy is a skilled attorney focusing on criminal and family law, representing clients in Arlington and Manassas. His dedication to legal advocacy is rooted in a strong academic background and hands-on experience in the courtroom.
Originally from Kansas City, Missouri, Troy pursued his undergraduate studies at Drake University in Des Moines, Iowa, earning a Bachelor of Arts in Law, Politics, and Society. He graduated cum laude, demonstrating his commitment to academic excellence. His passion for the law led Troy to American University Washington College of Law, where he graduated magna cum laude. While in law school, he was an active member of the Moot Court Honor Society and gained invaluable experience as a Student Attorney in the Criminal Justice Defense Clinic.
Before joining Fairfax County Criminal Attorneys, Troy served as a Law Clerk for the Honorable Robert A. Salerno at the Superior Court of the District of Columbia. This role gave him insight into judicial decision-making and strengthened his ability to advocate effectively for his clients.
Now practicing in Virginia, Troy applies his knowledge and courtroom experience to help individuals navigate complex legal matters. His approach is strategic and client-focused, ensuring that those he represents receive informed and dedicated legal counsel.
