Elnaz Azim

Elnaz Azim is a Legal Assistant at The Irving Law Firm, supporting the Criminal Defense team. She assists attorneys with case intake, investigations, discovery, document drafting, coordinating filings, preparing trial materials, and client communications. Elnaz values an organized workspace and believes a clear environment helps maintain focus and efficiency.

Elnaz grew up in North Carolina and Northern Virginia. She earned a Master’s degree in National Security from George Washington University in 2025 and a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations from Virginia Tech in 2023. After graduating, she spent two years working with the federal government, collaborating on legal and policy matters at an institutional level. Since joining The Irving Law Firm, she has been working toward obtaining her paralegal certification.

Outside of work, Elnaz enjoys attending concerts, spending time with friends, reading, and baking desserts.
