Jailene Gallo

Jailene Gallo is a Legal Assistant for the Family Law Team at The Irving Law Firm’s Manassas office. She drafts legal documents, schedules meetings, engages with clients throughout the discovery process, and assists attorneys with trial preparation. Born and raised in Honduras, she moved to the United States at 15 and graduated with honors from Falls Church High School in 2020, developing strong communication skills while working in the restaurant industry.

Jailene is currently pursuing an Associate’s Degree in Paralegal Studies at Northern Virginia Community College, with expected graduation in Fall 2026. She is also working toward a second Associate’s Degree in Criminal Justice and Criminology, expected in Summer 2027, with plans to transfer to a four-year university to complete a Bachelor’s Degree in Criminal Justice. Her background includes experience as a paralegal and legal assistant at an immigration law firm, later transitioning into work supporting personal injury and criminal defense cases.

Outside of work, she enjoys outdoor activities and spending time with her cat-loving one-year-old.
