Attorney
Dylan Phillips is an active member of the Virginia State Bar and has represented clients across a range of matters, including business and commercial law, appellate litigation, contract disputes, and other forms of civil litigation.
He earned his undergraduate degree from James Madison University. During his time there, he gained early legal experience working with both a criminal defense firm and a family law practice. After graduating, Dylan built a strong foundation in the corporate and consulting sectors, working with Ernst & Young in its Risk Assurance practice and later with Accenture Federal Services, where he focused on contract management systems, internal auditing, and complex technology initiatives with significant financial impact.
Dylan went on to earn his law degree from the University of Richmond School of Law, concentrating on intellectual property while maintaining a strong emphasis on business law. During law school, he served as an editor of the Journal of Law and Technology, led multiple student organizations, received awards for his scholarship in technology and intellectual property law, and was a finalist in the Georgetown Iron Tech Lawyer Competition. He also gained practical experience working with a federal bankruptcy court judge in the Eastern District of Virginia, the Arlington Commonwealth’s Attorney’s Office, and a Fairfax Circuit Court judge.
Following graduation, Dylan practiced at a boutique civil litigation firm in Fairfax, Virginia. He is admitted to practice in the courts of the Commonwealth of Virginia, multiple U.S. District Courts, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit.
