Victor Ciola is a seasoned Multi Jurisdictional Paralegal with more than five years of experience in civil litigation. His work centers on supporting attorneys through every stage of a case, from initial intake to discovery oversight and trial readiness. He is skilled in legal drafting and contributes to the preparation of many types of legal documents, including Demands, Complaints, Motions, Discovery requests and responses, Appellate Briefs, and Petitions for Writs of Mandamus. His background includes work in civil litigation, family law, and personal injury matters.

Victor is a Certified Paralegal and earned his Certificate in Paralegal Studies from the Paralegal Institute of Washington D.C. He is currently pursuing an LL.M. at the Antonin Scalia Law School at George Mason University. This advanced training, along with his law degree from São Paulo’s United Metropolitan College in Brazil, gives him a strong cross border perspective on legal systems and practice. He is known for his strong work ethic and excellent communication skills.

In his personal life, Victor enjoys spending time with his wife, exploring hiking trails, and watching soccer. He is also deeply committed to animal welfare and has fostered dogs since 2024 through the Animal Welfare League of Arlington, helping support vulnerable animals in the community.
